Tonight from the RV Camp kitchen Bistro, grilled lobster and salmon, baked potatoe, green chile corn bread with salad, and champagne not seen here. So good.
We are North of Salinas, California, (where Janis Joplin lost Bobby McGee, we have not seen Bobby, but if I do I will get a photo) we are just South of Gilroy, CA ( Garlic Capital of the World). That meal was last week when we were in Monterey, CA. We will be heading out from here early next month. Time for another Coast to Coast journey. We haven't had lobster in a while. About three years ago we were camping on the Ocean in York, Maine. There you could get Fresh 1lb Lobsters for $4.99, so we were having those twice a week in Maine. I miss summer in Maine. Lol.
