In honor of 'spooky time', I offer this! In the heart of Knoxville TN lies Market Square, and something known as "Artists Alley." Festooned with illustrations and colorful graphics, the alley bears little resembelence to its status of a decade ago. It was a dark place where the only legitimate activity was business owners throwing trash out. There was also considerable other activity in the late hours—nasty business.

A walk today will find you in the company of trendy tourists.
