Philadelphia, the two tallest buildings in Philly built by Comcast. Comcast 1 and Comcast 2.
At the top of the buildings they put a tiny statue of William Penn to be sure the Billy Penn curse would be broken. A sports urban legend. LINK
The sculptures in the foreground sit across the street from the Philadelphia Art Museum, near the Rocky Balboa Statue.
