Having fun with the 5D Mark IV. Pulled out the fire pit and did some photography using my tablet to control the 5D MK IV.

Bridge Across the Past
Canon A-1; Canon FD 35-70mm f/2.8-3.5

This bridge is part of the old US 27 highway, crossing the Palisades of the Kentucky River just south of Nicholasville. Completed in 1928 it is 543' long, and features a 275' Parker Through-Truss span, and a curve in the last 150' of the southern abutment. It was replaced a quarter of a mile away with a new bridge in 1973. Local traffic was allowed until full closure in 1997. I made this image sometime in 2002-2003. Another time, another life...
