FotoFora is undergoing some really cool changes! We are shifting our identity a bit to distance from net and com worlds. The 'new' name of the community is FotoFora.Photography, and very soon FotoFora.net will migrate to that domain name. Right now, you can enter the new URL and end up here. This will not create any real change for members except for branding and ideology. This is after all, a social community for creative photographers making images.

Many posting boards now require the use of a prefix to make a post. Choices are provided, and in some cases no action is required. This way, any topic can become easily filtered and make for custom content boards. More about that another time--just know that they are there, and that the addition of a tag or two is appreciated on new posts. Some places require adding one. The idea is to make things accessible.

Member and visitor experience has been improved for mobile users--and cleaned up a bit for desktop folk. Some menu reorganization, and information presentation--helpful too for mobile.

We have badges! Yes, but they recognize milestones and skills. They also come along with our new Editor and other type Picks. Recognition, Awards and front page display! Our first contest has also launched for Image of the Month. And some other stuff that will be told in the upcoming newsletter....
