I love these little Soviet gems! The 4 is almost a total clone of the Leica L39, continuing the tradition of replicating Leica since their introduction. BTW, did you know that Zorki means "sharp sighted"?

In general, the entire line is really cheap--usually less than $100US on the open market for a clean, working example. I have been coveting one of the 3 series (Leica III clones) with a nice Jupiter 8 lens for a long time now. Perhaps I will pull the trigger someday...

Here's a Zorki 6 from the early 60's, oddly it's earlier than the Zorki 4. The wide base rangefinder is very accurate, I think it's one of the best USSR rangefinders.

The lens is a non collapsible Industar 50. I haven't taken any pictures with it.
