It's TV's antenna for digital HD stations .
I think here in Toronto, I can watch about 13 free channels.

Hi Mark I'm no expert but I believe from the top we have. TV, Radio, Dipole use to me unknown and Satellite TV Dish. All the Ham Radio set ups I've seen here in the UK have been massive constructions. The building it's attached to is the village health centre and assisted living accommodation for seniors (I may need to go there soon)
