One thing through the years we could depend on was that when one of our old film beasts began to leak light, the solution was at hand with Jon Goodman and his custom light seal kits.

Through the years, I replaced seals and baffles on Mamiya, Canon, Nikkormat, and a host of other cameras. Precisely cut and of the best quality foam and velvet flocking, the job was always perfect when done. Except for that nasty sticky gunk removal of old seals... :devilish:

Evidently, Jon's health is not allowing him to continue, and he is interested in selling his business. This will be a loss, as most of what is sold now is of lesser quality and substance.

Let's hope someone picks this up. And that Jon's health turns for the better very soon. I personally never used his products, using black yarn instead for the door seals, and sticky back felt for the hinge seal and mirror bumper. But his kits and instructions have helped many people over the years.
